The staff was very caring and professional starting with Doctor Cohen very professional he explained the steps during and after the procedure, he is warm and has a caring personality. PA Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable about his work, he demonstrated a caring attitude towards me as a customer. Latisha was very warm and friendly that helped me with nervousness, she was very attentive towards my needs, and her professionalism is valuable asset to any company. For example one of area of my head wasn’t numb enough because the pain was excruciating from not enough anesthesia to the area she stop the procedure and quickly got the Nurse. Andrea and Denise were friendly and professional about their work ethic. Only thing I would change in the procedure room was that old chair which was very uncomfortable and the fabric falling off. The staff worked as a team, professional, caring and helpful towards my needs.

Other than the fact I was in the waiting room for almost an hour, I did get all my questions answered so I can make an informed decision about hair transplants/restoration.
