Everyone very nice and extremely professional…was infuriated of what was taken place at each stage…I was comfortable was treated with the upmost respect…was provided lunch that was outstanding…sent home with products to use due to my procedure…came back next day got my hair washed and instructions on how to do it myself Bosley gets 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾up

The office was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and the Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable.

Yes, everyone was so professional and courteous and patient with any and all questions that I asked Ken Pratt and Dr. Cohen were very knowledgeable and helpful and I just want to say thank you so very much to the whole Bosley team. Thank you.

The consultant was wonderful. Answered all my questions. I had made an appointment to meet with the doctor. But then I was told that he had left the office earlier. I would have preferred to have been notified prior to going to the appointment so that I could have rescheduled at a better time for him.

Maybe I misunderstood after the video consult, but I thought that all the information we discussed would be emailed to me so I could look it over and discuss it with my wife before moving forward. To my knowledge, I never received any information including pricing, etc.
