Outrageously priced for the middle class and not considerate of the time that I put forward to make this happen. Had me sitting for 15 minutes in a video consultation that no one never showed up to. I would love to have my thinning hair regrown but at this point, I would just keep shaving my head ball to avoid The frustration & waste of time!

⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! ⚠️ I’m 23 and had an FUE hair transplant a little over a year ago to fix my receding hairline. During my initial consultation, Dr. Sprunger and the team assured me that if all the grafts didn’t grow in, I’d be entitled to either a refund for the missing grafts or a free second procedure to make up for them. Well—14 months later, about 50% of my grafts never grew. When I brought this up, Dr. Springer and the staff told me my only option was to pay an EXTRA $6,000 for a new procedure AND I was told they don't do refunds anymore. THEY COMPLETELY LIED TO ME! I reminded them of Bosley’s guarantee, and after some back-and-forth, Dr. Springer reluctantly offered just 10% off a new procedure. At that point, I completely lost trust and asked for a refund instead. Since then, I’ve called repeatedly for my refund, and been told that someone from corporate would contact me to resolve the issue—but no one has ever followed up. I’m now pursuing legal action to recover my money. I’ve heard good things about other Bosley locations, but if you’re considering a transplant in Chicago, do not make the same mistake I did.

Danielle and Dr. Sprunger are great! They answered all of my questions, were patient, and TRUTHFUL! My situation does not lend itself to good results and they were professional enough to tell me that and also why. In addition, they had good recommendations for how to proceed on an alternate path. They could have easily of tried to sell me on multiple FUE transplants, but they didn’t and were very honest in suggesting I would not be satisfied. TRUTH is rare and should be rewarded. I would definitely recommend both to anyone for a FREE CONSULT. Great service.
