Our office is located in the Crown Centre building on Rockside Road, on the 9th floor, inside HAIRCLUB (Suite 925). Once you arrive at HAIRCLUB, someone will help you check in. If there is no one at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111, and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible
