Everything was great! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The facility looked clean and professional. I think Dr. Bauer placed the grafts in just the right places. Also, lunch was pretty good! My one complaint is the person who shaved my head clearly had no hair styling experience. He may have been an intern, a new employee, or just never cut hair before. A more experienced female staff member tried to correct the uneven hack job he did on my hair; but it was too late. It will be at least 6 weeks, maybe 2 months, before my hair grows back to where a stylist fix it. If he had just shaved my head more symmetrically and with some blending technique, I could probably go hatless in 2 or 3 weeks and without having to go to a barber. It’s not the most grievous error, but I just expected a proper haircut would have been part of the procedure.
