Our office is located on the second floor, in the back of the hallway, inside Hair Club. Once you arrive, someone will help you check-in. If there is no one at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111 and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.
