I had hair replacement surgery on Monday, so this is day two. I found the team to be just that…a true team! Everyone seems to work together. Dr. Cook performed my surgery and she is a thoughtful and caring individual. The team thoroughly reviewed what to do when I return home. This is a procedure that requires a high degree of patience. I will return in 3 months to provide an update, fingers crossed and sending up prayers for success. Grateful that I was referred to Bosley!

At the end of the day for me, it’s all about does this hair transplant take affect and work. So far, the people at Bosley have been absolutely wonderful, and I don’t say that lightly. The only thing I would add is that, and I think you guys should charge for this is one or two follow up meetings in person 10 days and two or two weeks after to make sure that everything is going properly. Other than that quite honestly, your team is awesome and the way I was treated was really amazing. So as it stands right now, I have no complaints, I just want my hair to grow in properly. It’s really that simple.I hope you guys have a wonderful day Robert Durand.

There was an issue with Care Credit, the office staff was very helpful getting that resolved. The medical team was professional, helpful, and friendly.
