Dr. Alpeiter is a Bosley maestro. He identified the exact four areas on my scalp for the touch-up grafts for my second procedure, if I go forward with the procedure.

This was my second procedure done by Dr. Cohen and his staff, which consisted of Michael, Liz, Chila and Denesha. Everyone was wonderful and made sure to explain every single thing they were in the process of pre, during, and post procedure. They make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Michael especially went out of his way to make sure I was not only comfortable but entertained while I was there. Great staff!

I was not happy about my hair regrowth, however the doctor took a look at my scalp and decided he would add another 500 graphs to make the transition complete and I was very happy that he decided to do that. I am pleased at this level of customer service and backing up the promise made to give me a full head of hair again.
