Yes, All my Questions were answered and I even have my wife interested in getting some work done on her front and sides. Just concerned about the price.

Military Service short hair leads me more toward individual plugs to be extradited rather than a strip. That process is more expensive. I would like to consider the process after retirement from the military allowing for longer hair and more cost effective options.

I would highly recommend the KC office and the procedure itself. Tosha has a great personality, is helpful and professional. Of course Dr. Simmons was fantastic! I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism by all at the KC office. My initial conference with Dennis Kelley was informative and kind. I have had people tell me they can't believe I've had a transplant. I simply say that Dr. Simmons is at the top in his field. He and the staff were very concerned about every aspect of my treatment. Even when I've called back to ask questions, Tosha and the staff have been very helpful and wanted to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The entire experience was good! Thank you! First, I am no longer ashamed of being seen in a group of people I know, because I no longer have the large balding spot on the top of my head. I have to style my hair to cover some of the thinner areas, but overall I am pleased. The process was very easy and painless. Everyone at the KC office made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and during the recovery. The procedure has definitely changed my life in a positive manner. I am so glad I finally took the chance and went for the initial conference and I'm definitely glad I had the procedure.

The staff was amazing. They made me feel relaxed, welcomed, and very comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Simmons was outstanding during the process and ensured overall success. I can't wait to see the results in 6-9 months.

Overall it took a while to heal from the swelling. Other than that it was great.
