It has only been a few days so my response is only on the pre, actual procedure, and the 3-4 days thus far. The pre was fantastic although I think more info could have been provided that explained how dominates will thin out but based on health of donor area is the likelihood of being visible or not - Dr showed this very well on the Thursday. During was excellent but obviously as any procedure, some discomfort. During the end of the surgery, someone explained and went over the package from a distance but I think that videos would be helpful as very overwhelming especially after nearly 13 hours on a chair. Post experience so far is going well. I think it would be good for intentional video 3-4 days post Va just this survey

Everyone at the Raleigh NC Bosley office was so nice and friendly. They were all very affirming to me as I'm transgender - I was very comfortable being there. Everyone was very professional and it was clear they all knew how to do their jobs well. Dr. Phipps spent alot of time discussing with me about what to expect from the procedure as well as spending alot of time defining my new hairline which was very important to me. Lilian spent alot of time with me making sure everything was coordinated and scheduled properly. I have alot of hair to restore and will be back to the same office a year from now for my 2nd procedure.

I have had 5 other procedures. This was By Far the easiest, mostnoain free experience I've had. Swelling was almost non-existent. So much so, that I have my 2 sons scheduled for procedures 3 weeks after mine.
