Our office is located on the 5th floor within the REGUS Business Center at 2150 Parkview Plaza II (red brick building). If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you are not able to reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111 and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.
