If the main door is locked, please follow the instructions on the sign to notify the front desk for admittance. If you are not able to reach anyone at the front desk, please contact our Patient Services Group at 800-305-9111 and our Senior Counselor will greet you at the front entrance as soon as possible.

I thought I was meeting with a Dr. but I met with a sales consultant. Also, not sure why I filled out medical information like what medications and surgeries I had if I was not meeting with a Dr.? I could have and should have done that over video and I didn’t need to fill out medical history for someone not qualified to review it.

Sat down with a consultant to explore options and Beth was very informative and non-salesy! She explained all the options and answered all of my questions until I didn't have anymore questions to ask. At the end, there was no pressure to purchase any product or procedure. This was quite refreshing because I am clearly only in at the informational stage of my decision process. I gave four stars only because I really haven't tried any treatments or products yet and I don't want to mislead by giving a review of the product or services before I actually become a customer. But if they treat potential customers like they treated me, I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.
