Maribeth, from the Schaumburg, IL office, is outstanding. From the 45 minute consultation in her office to present, she has been a wealth of information and had informed me of what I should expect, both before and years after my procedure. Maribeth stopped by the Chicago center to check on me before my procedure. Her support and friendliness will always be a highlight of my visit. A couple years have passed since my procedure. Maribeth is a phone call away and always makes time for any and all questions. As with all the professionals at Bosley, Maribeth has my utmost respect and trust. Fortunate to have her in my corner! Maribeth Frommeyer was a wealth of information!! She spent an hour at our consultation, explaining everything about hair loss & why it happens. She explained everything about the procedure and what to expect. She was very patient, friendly, and answered all of our questions and then some!!! She was able to schedule my appointment downtown for the procedure with Dr. Sprunger, who did an excellent job!! Dr. Sprunger and Maribeth both called the next day to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Bosley to anyone!!!
