I would like to especially mention the lady who welcomed us. She was extremely kind, professional, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Her attitude and genuine care were truly outstanding. It was a pleasure speaking with her — she made us feel comfortable and valued.
If I could personally give her stars, I would give her 10 out of 10. I truly appreciate her help and would be happy to work with people like her anytime. I am 100% satisfied with my visit.

Maribeth, from the Schaumburg, IL office, is outstanding. From the 45 minute consultation in her office to present, she has been a wealth of information and had informed me of what I should expect, both before and years after my procedure. Maribeth stopped by the Chicago center to check on me before my procedure. Her support and friendliness will always be a highlight of my visit. A couple years have passed since my procedure.
