Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Tampa

I seriously think somebody is hacking and using their data to place a scam calls to people. Lady called from a personal number play me that she was with the bosley company but couldn't say anymore unless I identified who I was. I filled out the form I did not request a phone call in fact I only requested the kit and I have not had time to download the kit yet. It gave me all of the information I needed to schedule a consultation when I was ready. And then suddenly with no warning my day is interrupted by somebody calling from a local number, the company has no local numbers listed. It's more than a 50 mi round trip for me. Insisting she has to know who she's talking to before she lets me know where she's calling from I can only know part of the company name she wouldn't tell me the full company name. But I called the phone number back which actually connected to a recording that told me the full company name and what the company did. Considering the fact I never requested that call, means I can't trust them with any of my information or data. It's in the middle of the afternoon, so I take it that for some reason they're not associated with people who work for a living. I didn't like the way they were running advertisement to begin with instead of giving you $300 off they've got to give you a $300 gift card for $300 off on their services. After I go over the kit I have a 1-800 number to talk about the consultation. Not somebody's going to call me in the middle of the afternoon demanding that I give them 100% of my attention and give up my whole life for whatever time that they want me on the phone for without any warning or invite to call or anything. Like just a total stranger because I filled out a form for information they're entitled to everything I really wished I had not used my private phone number with them. Do not give them any of your private non-public information. If someone is answering my private phone number that means that they already know that I'm looking for hair products. and if she had been talking to somebody other than me I would not have been happy that she called my number and treated the people in my life like they had no value as a human being. I will end up completely 100% scrapping the idea of having my eyebrows done locally. Or having them done at all. I don't have time in my life for complete BS like this.

Definitely I will come back for a treatment there and recommend it to anyone looking for hair care or implants.

Dealing with hair loss and considering a solution is such an emotional subject. Robin made the entire process incredibly easy and comfortable. Her kindness and understanding of how personal this journey is sets her and Bosley apart. The results are fantastic! The office is clean and professional but the process felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. Not terrible but just not what I expected.

Robin was very knowledgeable,.knew the Bosley offerings and helpful in answering my questions. I had a brief wait in the lobby after our appointment time, but not a biggie. My biggest complaint is the pricing... one would have to be rich to choose Bosley.
