I rarely leave reviews, I usually just choose not to go back. But I had such a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share it, in hopes the staff might take this as an opportunity to be more intentional. You would think a place like this would care about people’s problems and focus on genuinely helping, not just selling. Unfortunately, my entire consultation was essentially a sales pitch. Let’s start there. The woman who handled my appointment was friendly and very talkative. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but there was little prudence in how the consultation was carried out. Everything centered around pushing a LED cap. We never discussed the root of my hair loss, potential tests, or deeper causes. To be honest, I don’t believe she was a trichologist, just someone with surface-level knowledge. Most of her answers felt vague, basic, and dismissive of my genuine concerns. Losing my hair has been a painful, overwhelming process, and I went in hoping for real help. Instead, I left feeling worse about myself and discouraged about the options available. I got no answers, just a product pitch. If your only goal is to grow some hair, maybe their product could help. But if you’re seeking answers, guidance, and care from someone who truly wants to help, this is not the place. My experience was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to women like me who are looking for real support. For those in the same situation, I’d say make this your last option.

No particular concerns other than having to drive to Dallas and the price is 30 to 40% higher than other centers nearby
