I only came in for a consultation and the Senior Counselor I spoke with ,Jenna , was super friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions and explaining the process. There was no pressure to buy anything and she made me feel more comfortable with the idea of hair transplantation. I will definitely be back to schedule an appointment to meet with the doctor.
