This was a touch up from my last years procedure. Dr Lee and staff scheduled me in as soon as they could and had the touch up procedure done before 10am. Thank Dr Lee and staff.

Just that 2 of my blood draws were difficult - One was a no-go and I had to come back at a later time. …and I was given the last of the four treatments for free, which I appreciated

From the very beginning when I first walked in the door of Dr. Cole’s Newport Beach office, the staff was friendly and the counselor was professional and knowledgeable answering all of my questions and I got to have Dr. Cole describe exactly everything that would happen in the procedure When I walked into the facility to have the actual transplant performed. They made me feel like I was a VIP. Everything went smoothly. There was a team of professional women that took care of me throughout my procedure and Dr. Cole did everything that he promised. I can’t say enough good things about what I experienced and how happy I was when I left, knowing that I made the right decision to go with Bosley and Dr. Cole in Newport Beach.
