Audrey G. Bauer

Dr. Audrey Bauer is a friendly and caring physician with a background in weight management and bariatric surgery. Dr. Bauer decided to pursue a career in hair restoration because she finds a special excitement in helping people feel better about the way they look and feel about themselves.

Dr. Bauer graduated from Muhlenberg College in PA with a BS in Biology & Chemistry. She went on to get her MD from MCP Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After an Internship & Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, she completed a Fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center in PA.

Dr. Bauer began her surgical career as a general and bariatric surgeon at The Naval Hospital in Twenty-Nine Palms, CA followed by the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. She then spent multiple years as a general, minimally invasive and bariatric surgeon for various medical groups in Colorado and Florida.

Dr. Bauer is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgeons. She is an active member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Surgeons and a Diplomate member of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

Dr. Bauer lives in Denver with her fiancé and three children. Her hobbies include reading, skiing, swimming and renovating her beach house in Florida.
