Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Atlanta

First, I’d like to say that Ms. Nina Fields (Sr. Consultant) is certainly a shining star for Bosley. Her professionalism, unparalleled breadth of knowledge, patience, and passion for her work are truly rare in today’s current cultural/professional climate. I certainly would not have gone through with this if not for her keen attention to detail and candor. Dr. Tan is a true professional, I’ve spent the bulk of my career in hospitals under a surgeon’s tool, and his all-business approach to his craft is a breath of fresh air. His skill and willingness to provide me feedback on all my inquiries was superb. Ms. Stephanie (the PA), was kind, thoughtful, attentive, extremely skilled, and I am incredibly grateful her experience was applied to my procedure. The entire staff were just great, and it was such a smooth experience. I’ve visited many others, and the ATL office were unequivocally hands down the absolute best.

Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Tan was very knowledgeable and experienced. The head nurse was also amazing, along with the entire team. Dr. Tan even called me at 9:00 p.m. the night of the procedure to check on me. Not a lot of people would do that.

I was advised that Bosley had a guarantee. Every time I try to follow even for in person kept getting told to keep waiting for results

There is no guarantee that a Bosley Hair Transplant will meet or exceed your expectations. Being out thousands of dollars for a mediocre hair transplant is a waste of my hard earned money.
Bosley should have a way of compensating A transplant patient for results that still make him look like he does not have a thick full head of hair. Please respond to my concern.

Bosley experience was terrible, they are dishonest. They gave me a price, thousands of $, to fully restore my hair. I paid the full amount but they did a procedure that only restored 50% of my hair. When I went back for my follow up they admitted that they purposely only restored 50% during the procedure and that they could restored the rest but I would have to pay even more. I paid their full price and they did half the job and then wanted me to pay them even more. Why would I trust them again, they lied and cheated me out of thousands of dollars for a virtually useless result. I did file complaint with BBB. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME IN THE BEGINNING IS THAT ONLY 50% OF THE DENSITY CAN BE TRANSPLANTED IN EACH PROCEDURE WITHOUT DAMAGING YOUR SCALP. SO A BALD AREA ALWAYS REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 PROCEDURES!! THEY CHEATED ME OUT OF WELL OVER $10,000.00

After in-depth research and communication with Bosley seven years ago, I decided to go forward with the procedure and spend the almost $10,000. I was told repeatedly that everything was "guaranteed". That is not factual. My hair did begin to grow after about a year. But 2 years after the procedure, it began to thin all over again. After speaking with the Bosley rep and the doctor, I was told that the only option was another procedure, which would cost an addition $8-$10k. So, unless you are willing to spend the money and have the procedure completed multiple times, do NOT go this route. It is absolutely not worth the money, time or effort.

Friendly staff, answered all my questions. Unfortunately, my budget won't allow me to proceed. Would take 3 to 4 treatments at $20K per. Way too expensive for me.

I am extremely happy with everything.
I would like to have a phone follow up, if that is possible.
The only thing I don’t like is that I have hair growth on my face due to the Minoxidil I’m taking. I have to get my face waxed every month. I wish there was something like Minoxidil that doesn’t grow extra hair on my face or body.
