Parking
Parking is FREE in the Country Club Plaza. Your best option is to park in the Plaza parking garage directly across the street from Panera Bread, which is located on Pennsylvania Ave. between Nichols Rd. and 47th St. Drive through the garage up to P4, where there is no longer a garage ceiling. You will see a sign that says Cordoba Office Building and our address. Park anywhere out there and walk across the catwalk to the glass door.
You will enter on the third floor, where we are located. If you park elsewhere on the Plaza and walk to the office, you can enter through the glass doors on the corner of Nichols Rd. and Pennsylvania Ave. Our entrance is to the left of the evergreen trees. Once inside the lobby, you can take the elevator to the third floor, where we are located.

The staff at the KC office are wonderful to work with. In particular Tasha Thorn is outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond to answer and address all my needs and concerns with patience and kindness.

I worked with Victoria and she was great. Very flexible options for service as well as financing. This is a lot of money so after I decided on the direction I wanted to go and the amount of money I was later offered some add-ons for post procedure maintenance. Those should have been offered before I decided which plan to pick because budget is essential and this would put it way over so I'm not doing any add-ons

I had a lot of questions leading up to my surgery and post surgery, and everyone was so accommodating in answering all my questions. A lot of my questions were covered by the material they sent me home with, but I wanted to make sure I understood the material so I would ask them for confirmation that I was understanding it correctly and they were so helpful with all of my questions.
