Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – San Francisco

Hair transplant surgery was something I thought about forever and never pulled the trigger. I even think I made an appointment with a Bosley rep about a year before I actually had the procedure done. I’m grateful that I scanned the QR code on the TV which started the process. I guess with this industry people have a lot of options, but I’m really glad I went to Bosley. It was a nice streamline process and I’m very very happy with the results, and I’m really happy that I made this choice. I felt in good hands for the moment. I was seen by Edgar here in San Jose till I met Dr. Rose and actually had the procedure done. It’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself that I didn’t need to get done, but wanted to get done and ultimately very happy that I did get done. I’ve recommended Bosley to my brother and I’m not ashamed and tell everybody that I had hair transplant surgery. Because nobody can tell. However, I don’t say it’s hair transplant surgery, I just say they move some hair from a growing area to a less growing area, which always gets a laugh out of people.

My initial consult was with Danielle was prompt. She was more than competent, knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. I was also fortunate to have Dr. Cole as my surgeon. He is cool and confident, providing a satisfactory plan and execution of the procedure. The whole staff at the San Francisco facility was very kind, patient, and professional. I anticipate sharing my success story by next year.

The doctor and his assistance were awesome. My procedure was beautifully handled with minimal pain. This has been my 4th treatment with them. If anybody wants hair restoration from the best, then choose Bosley. They are the best choice for restoring hair on your head. It really works!

All questions were answered and everyone was kind and thorough. I especially liked the brass plaque on the wall reciting the founders key values 🙏 That showed me how seriously the team values those principles and how that guides them in their work.

Svetlana was fantastic. Although the SMP process can be painful she puts you at ease amd makes it much easier. Just want give my thanks for an amazing job that Svetlana does.

Each staff person I interacted with from beginning to end were helpful, professional, and caring. The doctor and staff were awesome. After a year or so, I worked with Stephanie to take care of a follow up appointment. She made the process smooth and painless. She was responsive and helpful.

This is my 2nd procedure at the SF office & I have nothing but the utmost respect for the pride & professionalism at that facility. Everyone did their job with tremendous capability & care for the patients.

The San Francisco office needs new chairs for the operating room. Very uncomfortable and they looked old. I feel like this should be upgraded with the amount of money it cost the patient.
