An incredible experience. First, I met with a Bosley representative. She went over all my options, helped me with financing and coordinated my next visit with Bosley's head surgeon, Dr. Ehrlich. He contacted me and asked specific questions unique to me. I had the procedure first done 21 years ago and it was scorching painful. I feared the pain this time around. But, Dr. Ehrlich patiently went over what would work best and emphasized that they would do everything to negate or minimize the pain during and after the surgery. On the day of the surgery, I met with Dr. Ehrlich again. Any nerves that I had quickly vanished. The nursing staff there were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I opted for the FUE method and thought it would be painful. Yes, at times there was minor pain during the surgery, but no pain after the surgery. And the pain I had was quickly snubbed out by the Doctor and his amazing staff. After care was exceptional with very pinpointed instructions easy to follow. Excellent. Could not be happier.
